【業務内容詳細】
-Manage customer orders from quotation to delivery, ensuring accurate processing and timely completion.
-Respond to customer inquiries and provide support for order, service, and repair-related matters.
-Coordinate shipments, import/export activities, customs processes, and delivery arrangements.
-Prepare and maintain invoices, shipping documents, and other business records.
-Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and warehouse operations to ensure parts availability.
-Track sales and operational performance, prepare reports, and support business planning activities.
-Work closely with customers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
-Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, service quality, and cost effectiveness.

- 必須
-
-5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or relavent experience.
-Bachelor's degree.
-Business-level English
-Business-level Japanese
-Experience using ERP systems (SAP is a plus!).
-Knowledge of import/export and international logistics processes.
-Experience supporting B2B customers, preferably in manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional work approach.
-Experience working in an international or global business environment is a plus.
-Good analytical skills with the ability to understand business operations and performance.
