A global machinery manufacturing company is looking for an HR Generalist.Responsibilities:
* Partner with global HR teams on multinational initiatives
* Support business units with workforce planning and talent retention
* Manage recruitment, selection, onboarding, and offboarding processes
* Handle employment contracts with external legal support when needed
* Advise employees and managers on workplace concerns and grievances
* Oversee performance management, salary reviews, compensation, benefits, payroll, L&D, reporting, and HR compliance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in human resources, business administration, or a related field
* More than 5 years of experience in HR functions
* Experience managing payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and employment contracts with external vendors and legal support
* Understanding of labor law and HR best practices in Japan
* Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in HR reporting and salary review processes
