■レポートライン・組織体制
HR GA Managerへのレポートラインとなります（CSJより紹介実績のある、経験豊富な方です！）。また、給与計算・オペレーションを担当するC&B Specialistと連携しながら業務を進めていただきます。チーム構成はマネージャー含め3名体制です。

【業務内容詳細】
Sanitized Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple channels, from agency partnerships to direct sourcing and seamless onboarding experiences
- Drive recruitment strategy that evolves with the business, making a real impact on how the company attracts top talent
- Champion best practices in interviewing and hiring, including developing and delivering training for the wider team
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, including the international headquarters, bringing a cross-cultural dimension to your work
- Play an active role in the day-to-day operations that keep the business running smoothly

- Business level English
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Ability to handle a wide range of tasks with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in improving business processes with a continuous drive for efficiency
