Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop logistics service providers.
- Ensure logistics performance in service, quality, and cost.
- Oversee and optimize transport, warehousing, and distribution.
- Lead international logistics projects.
- Run Japan S&OP and coordinate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and global logistics teams.
- Build and update demand forecasts.
- Plan supply to meet demand efficiently.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure product compliance with all regulations and standards.

- Business-level English and interest in international collaboration
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across functions
- Ability to identify issues proactively and resolve them with stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational and planning skills
- Experience in demand/supply planning and logistics operations
- Understanding of product regulations and compliance
- Degree in business or related field, plus initial professional experience
