■ FP&Aに挑戦！キャリアアップを実現できるポジション
このポジションはまず売掛金管理（AR）業務からスタートし、将来的には価格分析、主要顧客向けP/L分析、広告予算分析など、より高度なFP&A業務へとステップアップしていきます。ファイナンスマネージャーが丁寧にトレーニングを行うため、実務を通じて着実にスキルを伸ばせる環境が整っています。実務経験を積みながらスキルの幅を広げたい方に、大きな成長機会があります。

本ポジションは日本のファイナンスヘッドにレポートし、A/Fチームの3名のスタッフと共に業務を進めます。少人数だからこそ、コミュニケーションが密で意思決定もスピーディ。自分の意見やアイデアが反映されやすい環境です。

Responsibilities:
- Manage full AR cycle: invoicing, cash application, reconciliations.
- Monitor aging and drive collections; resolve billing issues with Sales/Marketing.
- Maintain customer data, credit limits, and payment terms.
- Handle AR tasks for monthly/annual closing and revenue recognition.
- Prepare AR journals, reconciliations, reports; support audits.
- Apply cash accurately; assess credit risk and strengthen controls.
- Improve AR processes, support ERP enhancements, build KPIs/dashboards.
- Partner cross‑functionally on order‑to‑cash, pricing, contracts, and planning.

- Experience handling billing disputes and customer account reconciliations.
- Involvement in monthly/annual closing and support for external audits.
- Experience with process improvement or finance-related projects is desirable
- Knowledge of fixed assets or general accounting (AP, accruals, payments) is desirable.
- Experience in subscription/SaaS, e‑commerce, or B2B billing is desirable.
- Understanding of J‑GAAP (or similar accounting standards).
- Basic knowledge of Japanese corporate tax and consumption tax.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze AR data.
- Familiarity with ERP systems
