【業務内容詳細】
Reporting to Demand Planning Manager
- Analyze past sales data and improve forecast accuracy.
- Create sales forecasts using historical sales trends and business inputs.
- Collect and consolidate forecasts from Sales, E-commerce, and Retail teams.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning teams to align forecasts.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust forecasts when needed.
- Manage and maintain sales, promotion, and planning data.
- Review forecast assumptions and identify risks and opportunities.
- Lead forecast discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare forecast reports and support monthly planning meetings.
- Ensure forecast data is accurate and up to date in planning systems.
- Identify gaps between forecast, budget, and business targets.
- Support inventory and supply planning through accurate demand forecasting.

- 必須

- 3+ years of experience in Demand Forecasting, Inventory Management, or Supply Planning.
- Experience using ERP / SAP
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel skills
- Effective communication skills in English and business-level Japanese
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
