■ レポートラインとチーム体制
日本のオペレーションディレクターにレポートし、SCM・ソーシング・ロジスティクスの3名のスタッフをマネジメントします。ERPを活用しながら、チーム運営や業務プロセスの改善・最適化を推進していただきます。チームをリードし、組織の成長を支える仕組みづくりに挑戦したい方におすすめの環境です。

Responsibilities:
- Build supplier partnerships and lead commercial negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with social, ethical, and environmental standards.
- Conduct audits and drive supplier improvement.
- Align sourcing with global teams.
- Lead seasonal purchasing with Sales and Product teams.
- Turn forecasts into purchasing plans based on demand, inventory, and capacity.
- Report on procurement progress and performance.
- Manage raw material and trim purchases when needed.
- Optimize product costs and margins.
- Lead cost negotiations and track cost changes.
- Anticipate impacts from currency, sourcing, and capacity shifts.
- Develop and execute supply chain and logistics strategies.
- Oversee import operations and ensure service levels and cost efficiency.
- Report on logistics and supply chain performance.
- Define quality strategies and manage inspections and corrective actions.
- Support sales teams with export logistics.
- Assist regional teams with import‑related needs.
- Lead and develop a three‑person supply chain team.
- Manage operating and team‑related costs.
- Lead cross‑functional supply chain projects and continuous improvement.
- Support long‑term operational strategy.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and international teams on planning and decisions.

- 必須

- University degree or equivalent
- 10+ years in supply chain, sourcing, or production for apparel or outdoor products
- Strong experience with international suppliers
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing, materials, and costing
- International work experience is an advantage
- Team management and leadership
- Strong negotiation and supplier management
- Knowledge of planning, lead times, and logistics
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Analytical, problem‑solving, and strong communication skills
- Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable
- Native or fluent in Japanese
- Fluent in English
- Team‑oriented and hands‑on
- Strong ownership and accountability
- Comfortable in multicultural environments
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willing to travel frequently
