■Main responsibilities
1. Sourcing to Procure
- Make analysis, identify issues/opportunities, build sourcing strategies, get it aligned with stakeholders, VE (spec change), Tender or Negotiation to select necessary partners, make recommendation to get alignment from Leadership Team where necessary and implement buying
- Act as representative of Indirect purchasing towards key internal customers, stakeholders and external suppliers in terms of Supplier Selection, negotiation of Cost/Quality/Service/Innovation/Speed/Supply Security, and contracting, based on defined category strategy.
- Manage and support a subordinate (dedicated manager for 3PL) to enable her to demonstrate best performance
- Hands-on A&P and Professional Services categories as an acting manager
- Manage necessary contracts with suppliers in hands-on categories (NDA, Standard General Terms and Conditions, Specifications, Specific attachments; Order conditions, Payment Terms, Insurances, Force Majeure, Min. Order quantity, Lead-time, etc).
- Take care of Supplier Relationship Management (e.g. JOINT-BUSINESS-PLANNING) to achieve Cost, Quality, Service, Innovation, etc. where appropriate
2. COE (Center of Excellence)
- Lead digitalization, policy/ process/ rule structure improvement, reporting, and governance related initiatives.
- Manage and support a subordinate (dedicated specialist for COE).

- 10年以上の間接調達(購買/調達)経験(消費財または食品業界での経験があれば尚可)
- 高度な交渉、入札、契約、サプライヤー関係管理スキル
-業界分析、ベンチマーキング、インフレ予測、適正コストモデリング
- Excel、PowerPoint、Word
- 日本語と英語(読み書き、会話ともにビジネスレベル)

1000~1300万円 (ご経験、スキル、現年収を考慮の上、決定)
