【業務内容詳細】
-Develop accurate short-, mid-, and long-term SKU sales forecasts through detailed analysis of historical data, market trends, and cross-functional business inputs.
-Maintain high forecast accuracy by conducting gap analysis, identifying risks, and implementing corrective action plans.
-Lead S&OP forecast alignment discussions and collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to achieve consensus on demand changes and business priorities.
-Manage weekly forecast uploads and data maintenance within ERP systems to ensure planning accuracy and operational continuity.
-Create demand forecasts for new product launches in partnership with business development and product teams.
-Build monthly and weekly supply plans based on rolling forecasts, inventory levels, MOQ, and lead times to maintain optimal stock availability.
-Coordinate international sourcing, import operations, customs clearance, food inspections, and trade agreement compliance while minimizing delays and supply risks.
-Monitor inventory performance, proactively addressed stock shortages and slow-moving items, and managed quarterly and year-end stock counting activities.

- 必須

-5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or relavent experience.
-Bachelor’s degree.
-Business-level Japanese
-Business-level English
-Background in international is a plus!
-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
-Effective communicator with strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
-Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
-Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
