【業務内容詳細】
Report to: Logistics Manager
- Manage entire warehouse and logistics operations
- Coordinate with internal/external CS teams, global logistics, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth operations
- Manage end-to-end flow of products (order --> final delivery to customers)
-Oversee third-party logistics (3PL) operations, including inventory receipt, storage, order processing, and outbound shipments.
- Monitor 3PL performance to ensure service quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.
- Ensure warehouse operations follow agreed procedures and meet business requirements.

- 必須

- 3+ years of warehouse management experience
- Preferably coming from the Life Science industry/Medical device
- Experience using Oracle/Other ERP or WMS systems
- Native Japanese and Strong English
- Track record of using English communication in a professional setting
- Ability to be proactive
