【業務内容詳細】
Report to: Head of Operations
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and on time using the SAP system.
- Check order details and documents to ensure all information is correct and complete.
- Improve order handling processes to support smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with logistics teams to support efficient supply chain operations.
- Manage and follow up on customer delivery schedules.
- Provide clear updates to customers and internal teams regarding order progress, delivery timing, and possible delays.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure products are delivered on schedule.

- 必須

- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years handling CS or Order management
- Preferably coming from the medical device industry, but not mandatory!
- Strong cross-functional capabilities and communication skills
- Native Japanese and Strong English
- Track record with process improvement
- Experience using SAP or other ERP system
