A global e-commerce company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake to offer coordination
* Conduct candidate screening and interview management across multiple roles
* Build and maintain talent pipelines through inbound and outbound sourcing strategies
* Utilise creative multi-channel sourcing approaches to attract top talent
* Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide market insights
* Deliver tailored recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives
* Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
* Use recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to optimise hiring strategies and processes
Requirements:
* More than 4 years of experience in recruitment in Japan
* Proven ability to develop recruitment strategies to attract and close passive candidates
* Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and strategic sourcing tools
* Hands-on experience conducting candidate phone screenings
* Experience analysing recruitment metrics and adapting hiring strategies
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
* Possess a valid authorisation to work in Japan
* Near native level Japanese (JLPT N1); business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in recruitment across other APAC regions
* Experience in dynamic and growth-oriented organisations
