An international marketing and communications company is looking for a Financial Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Project Management teams to support finance operations for assigned clients
* Follow up on aged accruals, accounts receivable, and work-in-progress items
* Participate in client status meetings and prepare related materials
* Create and analyse reports for APAC regional submissions
* Prepare vendor cost reports and regular financial reports using operational data
* Support monthly sales forecast updates and resource forecasting activities
* Perform management accounting tasks to support monthly financial targets
* Utilise and support ERP systems for finance operations
* Assist with audit responses and internal finance processes
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
* 2-3 years of experience in financial or accounting administration, data entry, and report creation
* Proficiency in MS Excel
* Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
* Ability to work proactively and improve operational processes
* Proficient in Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with ERP systems such as Maconomy or similar platforms
* Experience using AI in business or Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
