【業務内容詳細】
Report to Head of SCM
Manage: 4+ staff
- Manage daily supply chain operations, including logistics, distribution, demand planning, and inventory control to ensure smooth product movement.
- Make sure products are delivered on time and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Improve supply chain processes to reduce costs, increase efficiency, and avoid delays or shortages.
- Work closely with sales, procurement, warehouse, and production teams to support business needs and customer demand.
- Track supply chain performance and prepare reports to support better decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Maintain proper inventory levels to avoid overstocking or running out of stock.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure reliable service.
- Lead the SCM team, provide guidance, and ensure everyone is aligned with company goals.

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience in the life science or medical technology industry
- Experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably within the life science industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication skills in both English and Japanese
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
- Experience with SAP implementation is a plus
