An international commercial real estate and facilities management company is looking for a People Business Sr Partner.Responsibilities:
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver the Local FM People Plan aligned with business priorities
* Lead employee relations and labour risk management activities across Japan operations
* Provide guidance on Japanese labour law, compliance, and workforce matters
* Drive workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and engagement initiatives
* Manage annual People processes including performance, reward, promotion, and job evaluation
* Lead People-related change management and organisational initiatives
* Translate People data and trends into actionable business insights
* Provide leadership and guidance to People Business Partners and Advisors
* Collaborate with regional People teams and Centres of Excellence to support strategic initiatives
Requirements:
* More than 8 years of experience in HR, including senior HRBP roles in Japan
* Strong expertise in employee relations and Japanese labour law
* Experience operating as a trusted advisor to senior leaders
* Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in operational or service-driven businesses
* Experience in multinational, matrix organisations
* Experience with HR systems such as PeopleSoft
