This is a hybrid setup role.

A global biopharmaceutical company is looking for a Specialist, Clinical Logistics.Responsibilities:
* Coordinate investigational product logistics including transport, customs, courier, and broker arrangements
* Manage chain of custody and chain of identity throughout the clinical product journey
* Support clinical trial study teams and assigned studies
* Collaborate with Contract Research Organisations and investigational site personnel
* Track and prepare logistics information using databases, spreadsheets, and related tools
* Utilise vendor and supplier systems to place logistics-related orders
* Work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Technical Operations teams
* Provide training support at study trial meetings when required
* Participate in a 24/7 on-call response programme
* Arrange meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes
* Support domestic and international biologic material transportation activities
* Travel as required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 2-4 years of experience in clinical or logistics operations
* Experience with courier services and cold chain logistics
* Experience with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, or SAP
* Familiarity with domestic and international biologic material transportation regulations including IATA, ICAO, ADR, DOT, and WHO
* Knowledge of biological tissue transportation and logistics
* Understanding of FDA and EMA regulations, ICH guidelines, and GCP
* Experience with Agile change control management
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Professional level Japanese and English
