■ Responsibilities:
* Accounting Management
* Financial Reporting
* SOX Control/Audit Management
* Coordinate with Fastener division(US) and Corporate(overseas) for the regular accounting work, such as monthly/Quarterly/Annually
* Partner with Japan management team, and cross functional teams to provide financial guide
Financing Controlling
* Accounting process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance finance processes, reporting systems, and overall department efficiency
* Support internal control (SOX) for compliance & controls: Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies and internal controls to ensure compliance with US GAAP(FAS) and tax
* Working Capital management: Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annually finance planning and analysis, and Cash flow forecast preparation and follow-up to support the business and improve the working capital
* Tax support: Provide financial data and insights for tax filing and tax audit
Business Support
* Risk management: Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the financial health of the business
* Project management: Take a key role in various business and financial projects locally and globally
* Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local financial regulations, industry trends, and compliance requirements to anticipate changes and provide proactive solutions
IT support/Other Admin
* IT Support: Collaborate with contracted third-party IT vendors to facilitate smooth communication with the US IT department, and work with the vendors to resolve IT-related updates and issues
* Team management/Development: Manage 1 SOX manager and 2 accountants

* 日本で事業を展開する企業において、地域レベルの業務経験を含む、5～10年以上の財務管理実務経験
* 財務、会計、または関連分野の学士号。公認会計士（CPA）、ACCA、または同等の資格保有者を優遇
* 米国会計基準および現地の税務規制に関する深い知識、ならびに財務システム（Oracle、Sytelineなど）の熟練した操作能力
* 複雑な財務データを分析し、実用的な知見を導き出すための高度な問題解決能力および分析能力
* 流暢な運日本語および英語力必須
