A global advanced digital security solutions company is looking for a QA Manager.Responsibilities:
* Ensure quality of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for the Défense Service Centre supporting the Ministry of Défense and industrial partners
* Develop, implement, and review quality assurance policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance across operations
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify improvement areas and ensure corrective actions are implemented
* Lead third-party certifications such as ISO and oversee external audits and renewal processes
* Maintain documentation of quality processes, corrective and preventive actions, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
* Participate in pre-shipment and pre-delivery inspections at global factories and warehouses
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field
* More than 3 years of experience in quality assurance roles
* Experience in defence, aerospace, or manufacturing sectors
* Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, AS9100, or CMMI
* Experience in data analysis and quality reporting tools
* Ability and willingness to travel within Japan and internationally as required
* Advanced proficiency in English; native level Japanese
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing or similar quality improvement methodologies
* Possess valid professional certifications such as Six Sigma or CQE
