A multinational healthcare company is looking for a Procurement Sr. Specialist, Global Procurement.Responsibilities:
* Execute purchasing and supply management strategies created by Category Managers
* Support procurement operations and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers
* Research and evaluate products, suppliers, and cost-saving opportunities
* Manage purchase order approvals, negotiations, and procurement processes
* Drive process improvements to enhance procurement efficiency and customer service
* Develop and implement purchasing policies aligned with global standards
* Maintain and manage supplier relationships and vendor performance
* Lead bids, RFPs, and procurement-related projects
* Ensure compliance with corporate procurement and financial policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Science, Business, or financial field
* 4-6 years of experience in purchasing or procurement functions
* Experience in project planning and implementation
* Experience in contract execution and management
* Experience working in a US or foreign multinational corporation
* Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
* Interest in market dynamics and business operations
* Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Professional level Japanese; fluent level English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in procurement support for commercial sales organisations
* Exposure to the healthcare industry environment
* Possess a valid CPM/CPSM certification
