A global direct selling company is looking for a Talent Acquisition - Senior Professional, Human Resources. The selected candidate will manage recruitment and onboarding activities, coordinate with RPO partners and internal stakeholders, and support inclusive and compliant hiring processes across multiple talent acquisition channels.
仕事内容
A global direct selling company is looking for a Talent Acquisition - Senior Professional, Human Resources.
Responsibilities:

* Execute and coordinate mid-career recruitment and onboarding activities
* Support campus recruiting and early-career hiring initiatives
* Manage disability hiring processes and support inclusive hiring practices
* Coordinate employer branding activities with RPO partners and HR stakeholders
* Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer process support
* Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience across hiring channels
* Coordinate recruitment activities and timelines with RPO providers
* Monitor recruitment service delivery and escalate operational issues where necessary
* Coordinate onboarding programs, orientation sessions, and day-one readiness
* Track recruitment and onboarding data, metrics, and process improvements



Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields
* 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition and/or onboarding
* Experience working with RPO providers, recruitment agencies, or disability hiring partners
* Experience in multinational or matrix organisations
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruiting and onboarding processes
* Understanding of the Japan labour market and disability employment requirements
* Experience in campus recruiting, employer branding, or temp staff hiring
* Native level Japanese; business level English



Preferred requirements:
