An international SaaS company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.Responsibilities:
* Generate and drive pipeline in the Japan market
* Respond to and qualify inbound marketing leads efficiently
* Engage in high-level conversations with executives and decision-makers
* Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions
* Set up meetings and calls between prospects and sales representatives
* Achieve or exceed monthly lead generation quotas
* Report weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance to the sales manager
Requirements:
* More than 1 year of experience in a sales or related environment
* Strong ability to understand customer requirements and solve problems
* Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
* Native level Japanese
Preferred Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Proficient in English
