部門内No.2のマネージャーポジションでありつつも、経営陣に近い立場で裁量を持って業務推進いただけます。海外本社との連携も多く、グローバル環境で幅広くご活躍いただけるハイレベルなFinanceポジションです。
■Finance Directorへの昇進が可能
経理財務は本ポジションを含む3名体制となり、部下1名をマネジメント頂き、レポート先は国内の日本人Directorです。Directorは既に定年を迎えており、近い将来に後任者として昇進頂ける可能性も高いポジションです。
■好アクセスのオフィス立地
基本的には出社メインとなりますが、フレックス制度が使用可能、またオフィスの最寄り駅は複数路線が通る主要地ですので、通勤にかかる負担は抑えられます。
【業務内容詳細】
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidation, including Japan and overseas entities
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of group financial data under IFRS and local GAAP
- Manage intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and multi-currency consolidation
- Oversee key financial transactions at group level
- Ensure proper accounting treatment and approvals for complex cross-border transactions
- Maintain and improve internal financial controls
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, statutory requirements, and control frameworks
- Support the Finance Director with auditors, tax advisors, and local finance teams on audits and compliance
- Support tax reporting, tax provisions, and tax disclosures
- Ensure alignment between transfer pricing and financial reporting
- Support tax audits and transfer pricing reviews for cross-border transactions
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for Japan
- Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and cost-saving opportunities
- Partner with departments to improve financial performance and support operational goals
- Improve financial reporting, compliance, and consolidation processes
- Support implementation and optimization of ERP and reporting systems
- Identify opportunities to automate and standardize reporting and controls

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience in group accounting, consolidation, or financial controlling in an international environment
- Strong experience with multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation
- Solid understanding of corporate tax, and cross-border compliance
- Native level Japanese, Business level English
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with a governance and compliance perspective
