【業務内容詳細】 Employee Engagement – Partners with people leaders to foster an inclusive culture and improve employee engagement. Analyzes engagement data and trends to identify root causes and support action plans that enhance retention and productivity.
Inclusion, Diversity & Equity (IDE) – Applies IDE principles across HR processes and policies. Collaborates with business leaders and COEs to promote an inclusive growth culture.
Performance Management – Advises people leaders throughout the performance management cycle, including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and performance improvement planning.
Employee Relations & Experience – Supports managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters to maintain a productive work environment, including guidance on investigations and corrective actions.
Workforce Planning – Partners with leaders on workforce planning initiatives including growth, restructuring, and role eliminations. Uses workforce data to support decision-making and resource planning.
Manager & Talent Development – Supports managers in attracting, developing, and retaining talent through Talent Assessment and Talent Review processes. Coaches leaders on development planning and partners with COEs on capability-building initiatives.

必須
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management, or a closely related field - Proven ability to analyze complex people and organizational challenges and develop practical, data-driven solutions - Track record of delivering results across a range of client groups and cross-functional projects - Strong communication and influencing skills, including the ability to present alternative perspectives to senior leaders - Trusted partner to both people leaders and HR colleagues across the organization - Hands-on working style with high attention to detail
