【業務内容詳細】
End-to-end recruitment:
You will be responsible for all aspects of recruitment in Japan, including full-time employee recruitment (mid-career and new graduates) as well as temporary staffing.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
You will collaborate with leaders in the engineering, business, and corporate departments to propose and coordinate recruitment needs. You will work with HRBPs to drive recruitment activities in line with business strategy.
Candidate Experience/Employer Branding:
You will provide consistent, high-quality support to candidates and effectively communicate the company's appeal.
Improving Recruitment Operations:
You will utilize recruitment data and KPIs to visualize and improve the recruitment process.
Vendor Management:
You will select, manage, and evaluate the performance of recruitment agencies to build the optimal recruitment channel. You will also coordinate and manage staffing agencies to ensure that the best resources are secured to meet recruitment needs.
Recruiting new graduates and building a talent pipeline:
You will be involved in securing talent in the medium to long term through recruiting new graduates, internships, and collaborations with universities and research institutions.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of HR Experience
- Understanding of the Japanese talent market and recruitment practices
- Experience managing multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
- Business English & Native Japanese
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) (e.g., Workday or HRMOS)
