[Job Description]
In our design projects, you will be responsible for construction planning (temporary design planning, construction schedule development, and construction technology support) in each phase from proposal to design. For the construction of schools, hospitals, etc., you will advise designers on temporary design plans.
[Number of Projects] Approximately 15 projects per month.

・スーパーゼネコン等で作業所長のご経験がある方(目安10年以上)
・1級建築施工管理技士の資格をお持ちの方※50代、60代の方が活躍中です！

年収850万円から1,100万円で、月給370,000円から495,000円。固定残業手当も含まれます。
