A global medical technology company is looking for an FP&A Manager.Responsibilities:
* Lead financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis across assigned business units
* Manage and update P&L forecasts and deliver insights to regional and local leadership
* Oversee income statement and selected balance sheet accounts for assigned units
* Prepare and present monthly financial reports to management teams
* Provide actionable financial analysis to support business strategy and decisions
* Drive and implement global and regional finance processes and best practices
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree is ideal
* More than 8 years of professional experience
* More than 5 years of experience in the financial planning and analysis function
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Excellent storytelling skills
* Professional level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience in the healthcare industry with manufacturing function
* Possess a valid Certified Public Accountant or similar qualification
