A renowned electronics products manufacturer is looking for a Sales professional, Japan.Responsibilities:
* Manage daily sales operations for high-reliability components and module suppliers, including quotations, claims, shipments, purchase orders, and export license applications
* Resolve order fulfillment issues in coordination with internal stakeholders and under management guidelines
* Identify new business opportunities by assessing market potential and understanding customer needs and pain points
* Develop business and marketing plans, proposals, and promotional programs for customers and vendors
* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements for new and existing business under management guidance
* Oversee forecasts, budgets, market analysis, product launches, travel coordination, meeting documentation, and regular management reporting
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of sales and product marketing experience of electronic components or modules in Japanese market
* Proficient in MS Office Suite
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Native level Japanese; business level written and verbal English
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with customers in electronic components parts sales and/or international sales and marketing
* Prior space or aerospace industry sales experience
* Proven Japanese trading firm working experience (import/export)
* Background in electronic component engineering
* Prior background with ERP (Salesforce, Quantum is ideal)
* Knowledge with MIL-Spec
