A global consumer goods company is looking for an Indirect Sourcing Manager.Responsibilities:
* Manage stakeholder relationships to understand business goals and promote service excellence
* Ensure sourcing practices align with category strategies and deliver maximum benefits
* Oversee supplier segmentation and management in line with procurement strategy
* Manage expenditure and headcount within the agreed budget
* Develop and manage resource plans for procurement teams to support synergies
* Lead change management initiatives for category and sourcing strategies
Requirements:
* Knowledge of procurement principles and approach
* Possess valid CIPS Corporate Diploma in Purchasing
* Possess valid membership in The Chartered Institute for Purchasing and Supply
* Possess valid country membership or qualification is ideal
* Fluent level English and Japanese
