An international food and beverage company is seeking a Plant Controller Specialist.Responsibilities:
* Forecast, monitor, and report plant performance in collaboration with the Operations team
* Lead financial control and accounting activities through alignment with cross-functional teams
* Support forecasting of cost of goods sold together with Plant Controller and Finance
* Develop and maintain accurate and user-friendly cost of goods sold dashboards
* Contribute to internal control processes and drive compliance initiatives including inventory and fixed asset monitoring
* Handle ad hoc requests to improve transparency and accuracy of cost reporting and support factory performance initiatives
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* Experience in factory cost accounting
* Experience in monitoring and visualisation of factory performance
* Financial planning and forecasting experience
* Experience in capital expenditure and fixed asset management
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite
* Advanced SAP skills
* Experience with MS Power BI
* Professional level Japanese; advanced level English
