A global medical devices manufacturer is seeking an experienced SCM Director.Responsibilities:
* Lead regional supply chain strategy development and execution aligned with business goals
* Oversee demand planning, manufacturing requirements, and inventory management to maintain optimal service levels
* Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with global quality and operational standards
* Manage distribution operations, ensuring on-time, cost-efficient, and compliant delivery performance
* Develop and guide teams through effective leadership, fostering collaboration and professional growth
* Establish customer-centric operations through strategic planning, cross-functional coordination, and performance monitoring
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above (supply chain, logistics, operations, or engineering); MBA is ideal
* More than 10 years of experience in supply chain
* More than 6 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, business system implementation, distribution centre, customer service and/or new product introductions is a plus
* More than 5 years of experience in people management
* Possess valid Six Sigma or supply chain certification is a plus
* Professional level Japanese and English
