A renowned engineering services company is looking for a Business Development / Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts
* Understand client needs and propose solutions for mission-critical challenges
* Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and CRM updates through Salesforce
* Develop and execute strategic account and sales plans
* Collaborate with pre-sales teams including Solution Architects and Proposal Writers to manage opportunities
* Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing and Operations to execute account strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, Electronics, or other related technical fields
* More than 5 years of experience in selling custom automation solutions for manufacturing industry
* Experience in selling into big accounts
* Prior experience in consultative technology solution selling capital equipment to OEMs
* Knowledge of the engineering design and manufacturing processes
* Familiarity with automation, test & measurement equipment concepts
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Native level Japanese; business level English
Preferred requirements:
* Knowledge of the National Instruments toolset
