本ポジションは日本拠点の責任者へ報告し、品質管理担当スタッフ1名のマネジメントを担当します。現在は外部委託スタッフが業務を担っており、スムーズな引き継ぎも可能です。また、欧州本社とのコミュニケーションが多く、国際的なステークホルダーと関わる機会が豊富です。海外拠点との連携や多文化環境での業務に興味がある方におすすめです。

Responsibilities:
- Demand Planning: Forecast demand and plan production and inventory with HQ.
- Inventory Control: Track weekly stock levels and coordinate with 3PL to avoid shortages and expiry.
- Logistics: Manage transport and warehousing to ensure efficient, on‑time, quality‑safe delivery.
- Customs & Quality: Oversee imports, storage conditions, and address any quality issues.
- Procurement: Source materials, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
- Process Improvement: Identify issues, improve workflows, and prepare for disruptions.
- KPI Management: Monitor KPIs to assess efficiency, cost, and service quality.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Work with manufacturing, sales, finance, and marketing to align supply chain activities.

Experience:
- 5+ years in retail supply chain or related roles
- Familiar with ERP systems, supply chain KPIs, demand forecasting, and inventory management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, problem‑solving skills, and business‑level English.
Competencies:
- Store Collaboration: Work effectively with store managers to support sales.
- Analysis: Able to analyze trends and prepare management reports.
- Communication: Fluent in Japanese; business‑level English; clear communication with HQ and local teams.
- Agility: Comfortable in fast‑changing, early‑stage environments and proactive in improving operations.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
