A renowned luxury goods company is looking for a Finance Analyst.Responsibilities:
* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across business units and stores
* Analyse financial performance, identify variances, and deliver actionable insights
* Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Collaborate with business units to assess performance and uncover growth opportunities
* Support strategic initiatives including investment evaluation and cost optimisation
* Ensure data integrity across financial systems and handle ad hoc finance requests from APAC and HQ
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting experience (retail or fashion is ideal)
* Experience in SAP (ERP6.0/FI/AA/CO) or similar ERP systems
* Knowledge of Japanese GAAP, IFRS, or US GAAP
* Proficient in written and verbal English and Japanese
Preferred requirements:
* Experience with foreign/imported retail brands
