データセンター運用の監督ポジションで、運用統括＋顧客対応＋改善・戦略までのシニアな即戦力の方向けです。
・24/7稼働のデータセンターにおける電力・冷却等のミッションクリティカル設備の運用・保守を統括し、SLA遵守と高可用性を確保
・顧客の導入・増設（電源・接続含む）を関係部門と連携して推進し、スムーズな立上げを実現
・エンジニアチームおよび変更管理（MOP含む）を統括し、標準化された運用・保守体制を維持
・障害・インシデント対応の責任者として、原因分析・顧客対応・再発防止まで一貫してリード
・業務改善・コスト管理・認証対応（ISO等）を通じて、運用効率と品質の継続的な向上を推進

業務で英語を使用しますので、日常会話以上、英語学習に前向きな方を歓迎します。
必須（MUST）
・8＋ years of facility management experience in data center operations or a related field （electrical or mechanical engineering）.
・3－5＋ years of experience managing or leading data center operations teams in a large－scale, mission－critical environment.
・ Operation of cloud environments and hybrid IT knowledge
・ Network monitoring （understanding of BGP, MPLS, and SDN technologies）
・ Knowledge of performance management ＆ critical awareness methods and implementation standards

Strong interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and keen attention to detail, along with strong organizational abilities.
