募集背景: Uber is evolving from a ride-sharing pioneer into a comprehensive platform for global mobility and delivery. As we scale our services and enter new market segments, we are looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to sit at the intersection of data and action. You will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, optimizing our marketplace health, and leading high-impact projects.

仕事内容: In this role, you won't just be making slide decks; you’ll be building the engine. Your core responsibilities include:

Market Strategy & Growth: Identify untapped opportunities within the region. You will design, launch, and pivot business strategies to increase market share and driver/eater loyalty.

Data-Driven Optimization: Use SQL and data modeling to analyze marketplace dynamics (supply/demand balance, pricing elasticity, and incentive structures) to improve unit economics.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Support to ensure seamless execution of new features or city launches.

Operational Excellence: Build and "productize" scalable processes. You’ll take a messy, manual problem and turn it into a streamlined, automated workflow.

Stakeholder Management: Present insights and business reviews to senior leadership, providing clear recommendations backed by rigorous experimentation (A/B testing).

応募資格

必須: Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, operations, or a high-growth tech environment.

Analytical Prowess: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets is essential. You should be comfortable navigating large datasets to find the "story" behind the numbers.

Problem-Solving Mindset: A proven track record of taking complex, open-ended problems and breaking them down into actionable project plans.

Execution Focus: You are a "doer" as much as a "thinker." You have the grit to see a project through from a theoretical concept to a live market rollout.

Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (and local language if applicable), with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
