日本での事業が順調に成長しており、現バックオフィスディレクターが地域統括へと役割を広げるため、新たにシニアサプライチェーンマネージャーを募集しています。明確な引き継ぎ体制が整っており、スムーズに業務をスタートできる環境です。変化を前向きに楽しめる方にとって、大きく活躍できるステージです。
■ レポートラインとチーム構成
本ポジションは日本法人のゼネラルマネージャー直下で、ロジスティクス5名・需要計画2名の計7名をリードします。メンバーの強みを引き出しながら組織を育てたい方に最適なチーム構成です。

Responsibilities:
1. End‑to‑End Supply Chain Leadership
- Lead all supply chain functions: Demand/Supply Planning, Logistics, Warehousing, Inventory.
- Drive the monthly S&OP process and align with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Secure supply readiness for launches and seasonal peaks.
2. Demand & Supply Planning
- Build accurate forecasts using sales trends and key drivers.
- Optimize supply plans to avoid stockouts and excess.
- Coordinate with HQ on product allocation.
3. Inventory & Service Levels
- Monitor DOS, coverage, and aging stock.
- Reduce obsolete and excess inventory.
- Improve OTIF, fill rate, and other service KPIs.
4. Logistics & Warehouse Operations
- Manage 3PL performance.
- Ensure high-quality picking, packing, and gift wrapping.
- Maintain operations aligned with brand standards.
5. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop the Demand & Supply Planning team.
- Build a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- Provide insights to support cross-functional decisions.
6. Process Improvement & Projects
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Use BI tools for reporting and analysis.
- Lead key projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- 必須

- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, including demand and supply planning
- Team management or leadership experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Business-level English (frequent interaction with HQ)
- Native-level Japanese or equivalent business proficiency
