■ 日本・韓国の2カ国を統括するダイナミックな役割

■ グローバルなレポートラインと国際色豊かなチーム構成
レポート先は日本拠点の責任者およびAPACファイナンス責任者となります。日本2名・韓国1名の計3名のチームを率いていただきます。SAPを使用し、英語を日常的に活用する国際的な環境で、特にコントローリング／FP&A領域のスキルをさらに高めていただけます。

Responsibilities:
- Handle core finance functions: accounting, credit control, cash flow, capex, fiscal planning, treasury, budgeting, and forecasting
- Support business decision‑making and contribute to tactical initiatives
- Oversee and guide the execution of business plans
- Manage capital requests and the budgeting process
- Participate in key management decisions as part of the leadership team
- Develop management information systems that support company decisions
- Ensure financial reports are accurate and delivered on time
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and legal partners
- Build and maintain strong internal control systems
- Identify and mitigate key risks in the company’s risk profile
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead and advise the finance team to ensure compliance with local laws and corporate policies

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Japanese; Korean is a plus
- Strong hands‑on experience with SAP and advanced Excel
- Solid understanding of financial management, ideally in manufacturing or similar industries
- Proven ability to work with regional and global stakeholders in a matrix organization
- 12+ years of progressive experience in financial leadership roles
- Experience leading cross‑border teams (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of both local and international accounting standards
