【業務内容詳細】
Report: Japan President and Global HR Director
Position: HR & GA Manager
- Partner with leaders and HR to build a strong, positive workplace culture
- Work with local leadership and global HR to deliver effective people plans
- Build and strengthen the HR function, including talent, policies, and culture
- Ensure HR policies are clearly communicated and followed across the business
- Advise senior leaders on team effectiveness, leadership, and people decisions
- Lead key HR areas such as succession planning, talent management, workforce planning, and engagement
- Attract, develop, and retain top talent through strong hiring and internal development
- Oversee HR strategy, operations, and risk management to support business growth
- Oversee general affairs activities including office management, vendor coordination, facilities, and employee support services
- Manage HR operations, administration, and risk control to support smooth business growth

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 8+ years relevant HR experience, including in management level roles
- Business level English
- Generalist experience in HR across wide areas, including HR operations
- Ability to work independently and cover wide tasks as a playing manager
- Strong practical skills and ability to do actual daily HR tasks
- Strong communication skills
- Good labor law knowledge
