経営意思決定支援、Business Partnering・FP&Aおよび経理財務オペレーションの管理Key Responsibilities:
•Review monthly and quarterly management reports and prepare presentations for senior management, including variance analyses and financial insights.
•Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies and support business decision-making.
•Monitor financial performance against targets and prepare variance reports.
•Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
•Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
•Draft and review technical accounting papers, memos, and policy updates to ensure compliance and address emerging accounting issues.
•Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate financial controls.
•Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.

-ファイナンスマネージャー／FP&Aリード等の経験
-強いハンズオン型のFP&Aスキル（予算策定、フォーキャスティング、財務モデル作成、ビジネスパートナリング）
-急成長中組織で働くことに慣れており主体的かつ自走できるマインドセット
-大手多国籍企業での経験も歓迎（ハンズオンで取り組む姿勢がある方）
