Responsibilities:
- Lead annual budget and regular forecasts for the region, ensuring alignment with strategic and corporate plans.
- Build and maintain forecasting models to improve revenue, margin, and cost accuracy.
- Coordinate Capex budgeting between headquarters and local planning teams.
- Deliver performance insights through analysis of key commercial, operational, and financial metrics.
- Manage the regional performance reporting framework to ensure clear and consistent information.
- Track and analyze Opex and Capex to support cost efficiency and profitability goals.
- Conduct variance analysis and highlight key drivers, recommending actions when needed.

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience in business/strategic analytics, controlling, or data analytics in a retail environment, with a proven record of delivering measurable commercial or cost impact.
- Strong skills in Excel/Sheets, and ERP systems.
- Solid analytical thinking, project management, and communication skills.
- Strong written and spoken English ability.
