Talent & Recruitment Support - Support hiring for retail and corporate roles - Ensure smooth onboarding for new employees - Assist with talent development and succession planning
HR Generalist Responsibilities - Manage the full employee lifecycle - Serve as an HR partner for retail and corporate teams - Provide daily HR guidance aligned with policies and Japanese labor law
Retail HR Focus - Act as the main HR contact for all retail stores - Support managers with people management and performance issues - Track key HR metrics and recommend improvements - Align HR initiatives with retail operations
Employee Relations & Disciplinary Management - Handle ER issues, including misconduct and grievances - Advise managers based on Japanese labor law - Ensure fair and compliant case handling - Coordinate with legal advisors when needed
Policies & Compliance - Update and maintain the Employee Rules Book - Ensure HR policies are implemented and communicated - Maintain compliance with local laws and internal standards
HR Projects & Continuous Improvement - Participate in local and regional HR projects - Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience

- 5–8 years of general HR experience - Good understanding of Japanese labor laws - Strong experience handling employee issues and disciplinary cases - Experience supporting retail staff - Experience updating HR policies and employee handbooks - Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
