【業務内容詳細】
Reporting to HQ Director
Managing 1 staff
- Oversee end‑to‑end import procedures and ensure full compliance with customs regulations
- Coordinate closely with 3PL partners to maintain smooth and efficient warehouse operations
- Manage inventory accuracy and ensure product data is consistently updated within the ERP system
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with domestic and international teams to support seamless cross‑border logistics
- Monitor operational workflows and proactively address issues to maintain service quality and timelines

- 必須

- 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, import/export, or 3PL management
- Proficiency with SAP or other ERP platforms
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands‑on working style
- Comfortable operating in a small‑entity environment with broad responsibilities
- Relevant supply chain certifications (e.g., CPIM, APICS, Six Sigma) are a plus
- Business‑level English proficiency
- Native‑level Japanese
