【求人内容】
Category Strategy Execution / カテゴリー戦略および実行
Define and lead the execution of global indirect procurement category strategies across multiple categories including Marketing Services IT Professional Services Facilities Management HR Services and R D.
Drive the transition from country・led sourcing to category・led management establishing clear global strategies sourcing levers and governance models.
Own the end・to・end procurement lifecycle at global category level・from strategy definition and sourcing to contract management・ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and regional business needs.

- 必須

Bachelor’s degree in Business Supply Chain Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
10 15 years of experience in Indirect Procurement AND Category Management within a multinational regulated environment preferably pharmaceuticals healthcare or similarly regulated industries with solid understanding of compliance audit and governance requirements.
Demonstrated experience operating in a large matrixed organization with a proven ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority across regions and functions.
Strong global category expertise across multiple indirect categories with deep experience in at least 2・3 of the following: Marketing Services Professional Services IT Facilities HR Services Travel.
