少数精鋭のTAチームの一員として、主に横浜拠点の採用を担当いただきます。APACのTA Directorへレポートするポジションのため、ローカルでの意思決定権を持って業務を進められます。あわせて日本のHR Directorへもドットラインでレポートいただきます。

【業務内容詳細】
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for commercial roles, from sourcing to onboarding
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities
- Build and deliver recruitment plans that support business goals and hiring targets in Japan
- Manage job requisitions and candidate activity efficiently through the ATS
Identify and remove hiring process bottlenecks to keep recruitment moving quickly
- Use market insights and digital channels to attract strong, diverse talent
- Provide a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
- Promote the company’s employer brand and increase awareness as a top place to work

- 必須

- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally hiring for commercial roles
- Background in a fast-paced or high-growth environment is an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills in recruitment
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working with ambiguity
- Able to make independent decisions, manage multiple roles, and adjust quickly to changing needs
