【業務内容詳細】
Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager
- Help put supply chain plans and policies into action in areas like sourcing, storage, transport, and distribution.
- Support the creation and improvement of supply chain processes as business needs change.
- Keep an eye on daily operations to make sure they follow the plan, and flag any issues or opportunities to improve.
- Carry out and maintain supply chain programs, making sure standards and best practices are followed.
- Help manage and update policies and procedures related to supply chain work.
- Work closely with teams handling materials, planning, suppliers, warehousing, purchasing, and inventory.
- Take part in projects that aim to modernize and improve supply chain practices.

- 5+ years handling logistics operations at B2B companies
- Strong English
- Native Japanese
- Logical and detail-oriented
- High communication skills
- Experience using SAP or other ERP systems (Oracle, etc.)
