■Role Purpose
As Construction HSSE Lead you are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health safety security and environmental practices are implemented and maintained throughout execution phase of the project. You play a crucial role in overseeing HSSE implementation compliance risk management incident prevention and promoting a strong safety culture within the project team and contractors. Be an ambassador for the company’s safety leadership principles and Life Saving Rules.

■Key Responsibilities
【Corporate deliverables】
・Actively deliver upon the companies HSSE policy ensuring actions and expectations are embedded with the project.
・Compliance and verification against corporate and project Operating Management System

【HSSE Strategy and Planning】
・Implement project specific HSSE strategies plans and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements industry best practices and company policies.

応募資格

必須: ■Qualifications Experience:
・Degree in occupational health and safety Environmental Science Engineering or a related field.
・Minimum 3 years of experience in a Senior HSSE role preferably in the renewable energy or offshore industry.
・Demonstrated knowledge of HSSE regulations standards and practices relevant to offshore operations.
・Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
・Fluent in English Japanese favorable
