募集背景
As the need to reach diverse audiences through digital channels continues to grow, the company is hiring its first Digital Marketing lead to drive a shift away from traditional marketing approaches. This role will work closely with the GM and Sales Managers to build internal understanding of digital strategies and guide the organization toward more modern, data-driven engagement. With a strong focus on innovative products that help patients heal better and faster, this position plays a key role in expanding the company’s impact and connecting its solutions with the right audiences.
仕事内容
Campaign Planning & Execution:
Plan and run marketing campaigns
Review results and continuously improve (test, learn, improve)
Use different channels such as social media, website, online shop, and email
Manage content timelines and ensure campaigns run smoothly
Coordinate with internal teams like Sales and Customer Service

Customer & Data Management:
Keep customer information organized and up to date
Group customers to send relevant messages
Track results (e.g. email opens, clicks) and suggest improvements
Prepare simple monthly reports on activities and results

Website Management:
Update website content and pages
Suggest improvements based on performance and user behavior
Ensure content quality with global team support

Social Media Management:
Plan and manage social media activities to promote the brand and products
Create and post content, and respond to comments
Track performance (followers, reach, engagement) and improve results

Content Creation:
Create engaging content such as videos, images, and simple visuals
Support or lead content production and editing
Share content across social media, website, and online shop

Online Platform & Customer Growth:
Use the online shop as a platform to attract and engage customers
Set up simple registration and communication tools
Connect customer data to improve targeting and communication

Digital Sales Support:
Explore new ways to grow sales through digital channels
応募資格
必須
-At least 2 years of CRM experience or similar marketing automation tools
-Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience with social media and e- commerce integration
-Experience producing digital content (video, image, educational materials)
-Proficiency in Design tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
-Proven track record in digital lead acquisition and nurturing
-Native level Japanese and conversational English to work with international colleagues

6 million yen ~ 8.49 million yen

Complete five-day workweek system (holidays: Saturday and Sunday)
