A global industrial machinery manufacturer is looking for a Service Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Install, commission, and maintain peristaltic pump systems onsite and in the service center
* Diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical, and control issues including VFDs and electronics
* Execute IQ/OQ and ensure systems meet performance and compliance standards
* Manage repairs and warranty claims while coordinating timely replacements
* Propose and deliver proactive maintenance contracts to improve uptime and retention
* Document service activities and provide clear reports while delivering strong customer support
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* More than 5 years of hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance
* Knowledge of electronics and (variable frequency drive) control systems
* Familiarity with mechanical systems and fluid handling equipment
* Understanding of safety standards and regulations relevant to both life
sciences and general industry
* Skilled in the use of diagnostic tools (e.g., function generators) and service equipment
* Proficient in 2D CAD (3D is a plus)
* Ability and willingness to travel
Preferred requirements:
* More than 3 years of experience troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of peristaltic pumps in the life sciences and/or general industry sectors
* Experience working in a highly regulated biopharmaceutical environment
* Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Ethernet and Profibus
* Understanding of Office 365, PLC programming, and control systems
