仕事内容: 【Max2000万/CFO/日本立ち上げ/外資】での募集です。
管理部門責任者・ファイナンシャルコントローラーのご経験のある方は歓迎です。
■Job Responsibilities:
Build and oversee the financial strategy and management framework for the Japan entity.
Lead overall business management during the launch phase including broad CAO・level responsibilities.
Design accounting tax and financial operations and manage collaboration with external partners.
Drive budgeting budget control management reporting and KPI development.
Provide financial insights to support decision・making for business growth in the Japanese market.
Develop internal controls and governance structures with a view toward a future IPO （prior IPO experience not required）.
Maintain close communication with the CEO in oversea and support executive management as the representative of the Japan entity.
Contribute to building the organization by supporting future hires such as Merchandiser Marketing and Customer Service roles.

応募資格

必須: ■必須要件（Requirements）：
・事業会社でのファイナンス実務経験5年以上
・CEOと柔軟かつスピード感ある協働ができる人物
・日本法人の立ち上げに必要な幅広い業務に主体的に取り組める方

■歓迎要件（Preferred）：
・ECプラットフォーム業界での財務・経営管理経験
・英語もしくは韓国語でのコミュニケーションが可能な方
・海外企業の日本法人立ち上げ経験
・ベンチャー・スタートアップ環境での実務経験
・外資系企業での経験
