Responsibilities:

Senior Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with stakeholders to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill our mission.

応募資格

必須: Mandatory Qualifications:

・4 6+ years of Software Development experience as main project manager of sizable projects. （Project with 50+ project members）
・Software Development Technology knowledges
・Strong Leadership skills
・Excellence in Issues and Risk Management
・Decision Making and Problem Solving skills
・Excellence in Communication skills capable to minimize communication gap between stakeholders
・Excellence in reporting presentation meeting facilitation.
・Expert in Jira/ Confluence and other Project management Tools
・Fast learner with Positive leadership mindset
・Strong ‘commitment’ mindset for leading project to completion
・Experience in working directly with software engineers product managers and business partners.
